Private Member Licenses 

  Private Member License (PML) Benefits and Rules: 

• Upon Certification, Licensees have the right to be Lifeonaire Coaches. As long as they are active license holders, they will have the right to use Lifeonaire Materials and have their own Lifeonaire Coaching website.
• You must be a license holder in order to participate in the Lifeonaire Titanium or Diamond Level Coaching Groups.
• Licenses are transferable, and the license holder may sell their license. However, no licenses are transferable until all licenses are sold out.
• A $250 Processing fee will be charged by Lifeonaire for all PML transfers.
• PML dues must remain current. 15 days past due will be penalized 10% of your monthly outstanding dues. 30 days past due and your license will be revoked.
• If a PML holders dues is in default 3 times in one year, the license may be revoked.
• Lifeonaire has the right of first refusal to buy back all licenses.
• Licenses may be revoked for misconduct. Misconduct is to be determined solely by the Lifeonaire Coaches. Prior to a license being revoked, PML holder will receive a 30 day order to sell. If the license is not sold within 30 days, Lifeonaire will buy back said license for it’s par value or actual purchase price, whichever is less.
