First of all you should know that we consider the long-term relationships we have with our customers to be of crucial importance.  We take customer service very seriously, and we strive to respond as soon as practical (most often within 1 business day) to any customer support questions or concerns that you may have.

If you've contacted us and not noticed a response after about 1-2 business days, then please check your spam/junk mail folder first.  It's possible we already responded and a well meaning spam filter got in the way.  (Email deliverability is inexact at best, isn't it?)
